This website, https://maniakhyp.pages.dev, is operated by ManiakHyp (“ManiakHyp”, “we”). This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: contact@maniakhyp.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign up for the free wallpapers. We use it to send you the download and our emails (a short sequence, then about one email a week).
• Order information, when you buy a product. Payments are handled by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical data needed to deliver the website (for example your IP address in server logs), handled by our hosting provider.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.

Who processes your data

• Kit — sends our emails and stores the email list.
• Lemon Squeezy — processes payments, taxes, invoices and file delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosts and protects this website.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf or as an independent controller where required by law.

Your choices and rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link: one click and you won't hear from us again. You can also ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to contact@maniakhyp.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order records are kept by Lemon Squeezy for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
