These terms apply to the digital products sold on https://maniakhyp.pages.dev by ManiakHyp (“ManiakHyp”, “we”). By buying or downloading a product, you agree to them. Questions: contact@maniakhyp.com.

Who sells to you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles payment, applicable taxes, invoices, and customer service inquiries about payments and returns.

The products

Our products are digital files (images, PDF documents and, where stated, audio files) delivered by download immediately after payment. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.

Your license

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may download, print and keep the files for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute them, in whole or in part.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy: 14 days, no questions asked.

No guarantee of results

Our products are for education and motivation. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice and do not replace professional help. Results depend on how you use them, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought it.
